Corporate History

Assistus Corporation was established by Ryan Mullaney in February 1999 and promptly developed a reputation as a solid Network Support and Implementation company.  Growing at a remarkable rate, with a 600% increase in gross revenues during the first five years of business, Assistus concentrated on expanding services by becoming a Microsoft Certified Partner in 2000 and created a Custom Software Development Department in 2001.

Assistus has pioneered a number of unique service and product offerings including a fixed fee/no hidden charges Network Support Contract which features a Monthly Preventative Maintenance Program. This successful program allows clients to run their businesses secure in the knowledge that their participation in the Monthly Preventative Maintenance Program delivers an uptime rate of 99.99%.

Supporting clients from small companies of one to two people to large companies of over 500 employees, Assistus specializes in providing a full range of IT Support Services. From Help Desk Support to On-Site Support and from Server Support to Hardware and Software Sales and Service, clients know that Assistus is their one-stop-shop for all IT issues.

Our latest growth included an expansion into Edmonton as of August of 2003. We're enjoying ourselves in our provincial capital and are looking at establishing more support centres to other key western Canadian cities.  We will keep you posted!
